Our golden retriever loves this food. Moved to the large bag after the prices went up by around 30% on the 2.5kg bags. Strangely our puppy likes the food from the large bag even more. Used to buy Orijen, but moved to this as the Orijen price has doubled in the last year or so. Imo get better results with Skinners – dog has had zero stomach problems since changing, and eats with much more enthusiasm.

Skinners puppy and junior dog food. Moving our pup into this as she’s getting older and have to say she loves it and her coat is so shiny did try the 2.5kg bag first and after this met her approval went onto buy the 15kg bag

We have an 8 month old husky mix and she’s sensitive to chicken, we were given a salmon, rice and veg feed when we got her at 16 weeks and have been feeding her that since. Problem was it does make her smell a bit fishy, so decided to look for a non poultry or fish alternative.Looked at a couple of other lamb feeds but they both listed chicken in the ingredients, so was pleased when I saw this didn’t and decided to get the 2.5kg bag to try it out. Doing the mix of old and new and gradually increasing the new and decreasing the old as we’ve seen recommend and seems to be working well.Initially we were putting the different feeds in separate bowls in case she didn’t like the new food, but every time she went for the bowl of Skinner’s and wouldn’t got for her old food and she’d cleared that first. She absolutely loves it and so far she’s not had a sensitive stomach or any other reaction. Just ordered a 15Kg bag.

I swapped to this from James Wellbeloved as a trial. What a difference to my 4 month old lurcher puppy’s behaviour (not as loopy!), skin (was a bit scurfy and itchy but now fine), coat (lovely and shiny) and firm stools without being hard. Good value for money too. I will be keeping to this brand going forward.

Iv bred and owned SBT,s going on 40yrs this food is brill.had a pup with loose bowel changed to this puppy food.result nice firm stools.and a bonus the loves eating it job done.i think we get obsessed with protein levels how much meat in product ect.this is a good puppy food reasonably priced as well.

Our dog is really picky just now but seems to enjoy this!We do mix with two other foods (puppy and regular) she picks out the one she does not like and leaves in a pile on the floor that our other dog finishes! Yours, she likes!
