What is the difference between the puppy and adult product?Puppy products have a lower level of active ingredients, just as they do in human dental products. |
From what age can I use the puppy products?The puppy products can be used from 8 weeks old. We recommend moving to the adult dog products when the dog is 18 – 24 months old. |
Why use on a puppy, they have perfect teeth?Getting a puppy used to having their teeth cleaned is very important, just as with training, the earlier you start the better. We know 80% adult dogs suffer from dental issues by the age of 3, so starting to desensitise your puppy to having their teeth cared for right from the start is a must. |

It was with some reluctance that I shelled out for a plastic bottle of colourless liquid to pour, a capful at a time, into my dogs’ bowl.But I had to try something. They might only be small dogs (mini schnauzers) but Lordy their breath was rank and teeth stained despite regular tooth brushing.I don’t know how this product works but work it certainly has for my two. Being a skinflint I don’t add as much of the treatment as I should but their bad breath has gone, their teeth look cleaner (we’ve stopped toothbrushing) and we are now on our second bottle.I am very happy with this product.Just to add, in case folks are concerned, my dogs have been drinking this for a couple of months so far, and bowel movements, tummies, all normal.

Am using this together with a breath/plaque removing spray and seaweed powder food additive. After 3 weeks have noticed a big improvement in my elderly dog’s breath. He doesn’t actually have much plaque, more a case of ‘dragon breath’ but I shall definitelycontinue the regime of using this, the seaweed and plaque/breath spray. As you only use a capful added to the water bowl every day, when you change their water, it also seems to last quite well so seems good value.

We used this every day to start with. We also fed the dog a dental chew every day. After about 4 bottles (approx 2 months) we checked his teeth – all the tartar had disappeared, completely clean. Now we’ve reduced to every 2/3 days instead, I think that’s enough.

My 14 year old dog has never had dental problems and in my opinion this helps, and it does not put him off drinking his water

Bought it despite some negative reviews. My dogs breath is rank due to a wobbly tooth but he just won’t let me near him to remove it. You could smell his breath from across the room it was so bad. I’ve been put off going to the vets because he’s totally happy within himself and eating fine. He’s a rescue so quite nervous. I tried sprays but he would run away when I sat next to him so rather than cause him distress I bought this. Bad breath hasn’t totally gone away but his teeth look cleaner?!?!/ whiter and his breath has improved greatly. Wish I’d known about this when we first had him as I would have used from the start. Just re ordered xxUPDATE: haven’t bought it for a couple of months and now my dogs breath stinks! Just reordered!
