Why use a cat collar?
A cat collar can help other people identify your cat if they get lost, especially if paired with an identification tag.
If your cat has a medical problem, using a collar is a good way of alerting others.
Quite few of our cat collars have reflective properties, these can help protect your pet at night as car headlights will reflect, as will an outside light. Or you can shine a torch into the garden to find your cat. If your collar does not have reflective properties, you can pair it with a reflective ID tag.
Collars with bells discourage your cat from hunting, if they are unsuccesful they may just give up!
The tinkling sound of the bell will hopefully alert wildlife.
If you have a small cat or kitten , the tinkling sound of the bell lets you know where they are so it’s good for their safety in the home.
You might just want a fashionable accessory for your cat as a way of reflecting the cats personality!
We also have lovely and soft velvet cat collars in our range…

WHO WE ARE
Ancol Pet Products is an independent, family-owned company specialising in the supply of pet accessories for dogs, cats and small animals. From our West Midlands base in Walsall we’ve been developing pet products for discerning pet owners. In July 2021 we celebrate our 50th birthday!
When we first began, our focus was on leather dog collars and leads, which are still made in our factory today. The range and the company have expanded over the years.
Our passionate and driven staff work tirelessly to ensure every customer receives exceptional goods and exceptional service at all times.
Over 50 years of successful trading has ensured the Ancol brand is synonymous with quality. Through trend analysis, imaginative product design and rigorous testing we are ensuring exceptional Ancol products and services for the wholesaler, independent pet trade, and the end customer.
Looking to the future of the Ancol and the planet, we have developed fresh new ranges using recycled materials, and work tirelessly to reduce plastic packaging and ensure our ranges are as green as possible.
A FAMILY BUSINESS SINCE 1971
Ancol is a family-owned and family-run business. Founded in 1971 by Ann and Colin Lane, Ancol was originally a manufacturer of superior quality leather collars and leads for dogs. The range developed to include items for cats and coats for dogs, and other pet accessories soon followed.
Today, Ancol has over 2,000 different articles in the range and is rapidly growing! The success of the company has always been based around honesty and integrity along with an appetite for new and exciting product development.
Ancol have strived to remain a family business and maintain the values and principles that were there from the very first day
Kayleigh –
Have been buying these collars for years and love them. Easy clasp comes apart if your cat was to ever become stuck with an easy release. Some lovely colours to choose from. Don’t feel nasty so provides your cat with some comfort too!

Absolutely fantastic collars for the priceI had the blue camouflage collar for a previous cat and decided to get a green camo for my current adopted catIts so good we now cant find him!On a serious note – no issues, and he seems happy enough with it
beedee –
It was easy to put on and looked good. It can be adjusted to fit your cat and has a safety (break apart) clasp.
alex –
Good quality collar for the price. The blue Camo looks quite cool. The bell is quite loud, can’t say I’ve heard a bell as loud as this one. I had to remove it as it got a bit annoying. Overall I like the collar, it looks good and looks good on the cat.

I like the cat to have a collar on with my number just in case he gets lost (he is chipped too). I tend to get more calls about finding a collar than the cat. Due to.this he normally gets a pack of 10 cheaper collars, but I decided to splash out and buy him this one. Now he’s camouflaged and I can’t see him… I can hear him though, so handy it has a bell on too*cat is safe and well, please see photo

We have a cow patch cat so this is a cute design as it matches him and we’ve had it a while and it has lasted well. Only just getting scruffy after so long but still works well and makes our handsome guy look even handsomer 🙂
Mrs J Francis-Stock –
Cat it looking good in her new collar…Paired this with an extra bell and a glow in the dark accessory, from another seller because I like to know where she is and what mischief she’s getting up to!…lol…Is well made and it still going strong…x
Rachel Bridges –
Perfect for my cat!
