I wanted a litter which clumps at least somewhat to make lifting out soiled litter a little easier and less messy, but not one of the clay clumping ones that the cats can swallow and cause problems. This seemed like the right balance and it has turned out to be very good. At first glance it seems very expensive but lasts much much longer than wood pellet or granule litter. There is almost no odour from it and it’s easy to lift out lumps and also to clean out altogether. The tiny particles does mean it tends to stick to the cats paws and they track it our of the litter tray a bit, but not as bad as some and not too dusty.

I never thought I’d get so excited about cat litter, but here I am. Since getting my 2 kittens 3 months ago, I’ve gone through SEVEN different litters (Catsan, Sanicat, EverClean, and Huskaloo) and each had their own drawbacks with unpleasant smell, dust, not being environmentally friendly, and difficult to scoop, and tracking litter all over the house.I have been using World’s Best for a bit over a week now and I love it! I like that it’s made of corn so that it’s better for the environment instead of traditional clay based litter. It has a subtle yet natural smell, unlike scented cat litter which smells like perfume covering turds. The litter is lightweight with distinct difference in coloring when used (so you can see what you’re scooping). With the clumping it’s really easy to scoop, so it takes me much less time than trying to dig out globs of litter stuck to the bottom of the tray.Like all litters, there is a tendency for my kittens to track it out of the tray but it’s easily fixed by having a durable litter mat so it’s contained to right outside the litter tray. The only drawback is that, since my kittens are black, you can see some dusty paws. In the big scheme of things, this is very minor and also happened with other litters I’ve used so it’s a non-issue for me but something to be aware of.

This really is the world’s best cat litter. I’ve tried many brands for my cat but none have worked without fuss. Many brands simply do not do their job in covering smells or clumping well. Without naming names, they typically disintegrate after my cat has done their pee or worse, pooped and covered it yet having little to no strength in masking the smell. The Worlds Best Cat Litter has been my no-nonsense option for a year now and feel grateful I can get this at this large value size on Amazon. The litter always clumps well which has made it easy to clean. No litter is entirely perfect in masking smells, this litter still does the best among many in reducing it at the very least- I’ve changed my cat’s diet which has also been a big help. The litter avoids stinking up the house with an overall smell when clean that is neutral, unlike some other brands that already smell strange out of the bag.In all, while the initial price seems far more expensive than some other options, the true value comes in the long term. The litter comes in a 12.7g that lasts my single cat for over a month. This litter has saved me money in the way of being so fuss-free. I’ve never needed to dash to change brands or types, this product does the job it’s promised as the World’s Best Cat Litter.

This litter is the best I’ve ever used. When my cat does a no.1, after a few minutes there will be a solid chunk that’s very easy to scoop out which is then dumped straight into the toilet and flushed (favourite part about it is that you can flush it – no need to mess around with litter bags and throwing it in the bin..). I’ve noticed there is no smell when it comes to no.1’s, it does a really good job at absorbing that. For no.2’s I think it’s impossible to avoid the smell but that’s a given, the litter still works really well, it sticks and coats the poop making it a clean, easy task to scoop out and flush. As for my kitty, she loves it. She is a ragdoll, and they are known for being extremely picky with their litter. There have been no signs of skin or eye irritation and she seems to enjoy digging around and burying her stinky treasures. It doesn’t stick to her paws either. The only thing that happens occasionally is some of the litter is of course a bit finer and this can slightly stain her back legs but that’s nothing a quick wipe won’t fix.Because it’s super absorbant, and the way it coats no.2’s it lasts for AGES. I typically buy a bag once every three months (my cat weighs ~3.5-4kg) . My friends cat who also uses this litter is around 6kg and she needs to buy a bag around every 2 months.I cannot recommend this litter enough. I find the pellet ones absolutely useless and other clumping litter types tend to be scented or have some weird crap in there that will irritate some cats.

I have cats for more than a decade. So you can understand I tried and rotated between all major brands, from the supermarket cheap ones to more quality ones. None was as good as this one. I’ve been using this for the last couple of years and my two cats are more than happy. The longevity of this one is great if you clean it every day as you are supposed to, it does not smell and it clumps very nicely, so very easy to clean. Is it a bit on the expensive side? Yes, but I only need to change the litter box every couple of weeks give or take, depending on the cats’ activities lol. So it lasts way longer compared with the cheap ones, at the end probably spending the same. This is some quality sand. The only minor issue I can think of, is that is has some dust occasionally, especially if you are at the bottom end of the bag. So some of it wil end up on the sofa! But not such a big of an issue as to deter me from using it.Overall, highly recommended, give it a try!

Amazing litter dand. Super good value for money. Very efficient, no smell, easy to clean. Love it!
DareToBeDifferent –
Easy to clean and controls the odour quite well. Good absorbency and flushable. Happy cat so good enough for me.

As it’s easy to pick out clumped wees, it lasts ages. It’s OK to flush, with a septic tank, so the poos go down the loo.

Good quality cat litter

This time last year I paid £27.99 for 12kg – Now it’s £32.99!They are pricing themselves out of the market, especially since there is another brand for a third the price.OK so my review -It’s really good stuff. I’ve been using it since 2003 when I noticed my elderly cat was eating the cat litter, so I switched to this brand which she didn’t find as tasty. You have to use a good amount in the tray to stop it turning to porridge and becoming sticky. I’d say at least 3 inch deep, maybe a little more. It’s easy to scoop and flush away and doesn’t smell.I’ve tried the other brand, which has bigger particles of corn and started to smell after a couple of weeks. I don’t like it as much as World’s Best, but I do like the price, so I think I’m going to mix the two together in the tray. They need to reduce the price a bit because I just won’t be buying as much if there is a cheaper version.
