Grain-freeWe believe that recipes with low levels of grain-free carbohydrates really is the best for our cats. A too high concentration of carbs can lead to digestive issues, because the short digestive tract of our cats was not made to digest these. We use wholesome, grain-free carbohydrates from potatoes, fruit and vegetables. These serve as the main energy source and contain crude fibres that support digestion. |

We were about to run out of my cats usual dry food and couldn’t get any quickly (only given as treats, but treats are important!) I bought this in desperation.THE CATS LOVE IT! One of mine is incredibly fussy and often goes off things quickly. He’s on his second bag and is still loving it. That tells me all I need to know. Plus it’s not junk food, full of fillers or dodgy additives, so we’re all happy.

Our rescue cat came with a lot of conditions. He’d just got cat flu and was in a bad way. Eventually we got him back to good health but his fur was full of scabs.Our vet recommended grain free food and for cats with allergies. He gave us the name of two and we tried both and he settled on one. The good thing about it was I could get a monthly delivery from Amazon prime as I’m disabled this was so good.Everything was going well until two months ago when Amazon let me know they were finding it hard to get supplys of it. I had another months worth so didn’t panic. Fast forward a month and they let me know they were no longer stocking it. I contacted the manufacturer but they were also facing supply issues , I was abkevto purchase a small bag but had to look for a new food supplier.Oh yes I had to mention not only does his food have to be grain free and suitable for cats with allergys but he only likes tuna or salonon flavour . He turns his nose up ( literally) if you give him turkey/ chicken or beef. The smellier the fish the better!I got this and he loves it. He hasn’t any scabs and his coat is shining. Unfortunately his breath after eating this still smells, but so would yours eating a purely fish diet!I just hope Amazon are still able to supply this on a regular basis .

The food is high in protein which was one of the reasons I ordered. Good quality overall and my cats loved it too. However I found cheaper alternatives (purr meow and scrambles) with very similar high protein/low cereal content.
