    When the third or fourth bird table was blown over in a gale I decided to fix the next one to the fence. This is a sturdy and quite large table and looks kinda cool. We call it The Penthouse.

    Assembly is just screwing the house to the mount with one screw, after screwing the substantial mounting bracket to a wall etc.All timbre looks well stained and protected, with all except the base being solid wood. As the base is plywood I decided to cover this with a plastic film to make cleaning easier and prevent water ingress.This replaced a similar one that fell apart after more than 20 years so I (and the birds) will be happy if this lasts as long 🙂 I’ll update after a winter or two…
