How do you measure the size of pets?

  • THE CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE IS NOT THE TUMMY CIRCUMFERENCE.
  • Chest measurement: Measure at the widest point just behind the front legs (the most important reference).
  • As the belly is usually much narrower than the chest, if measured at a narrower point, the coat will be much too small.
  • Please note: The chest circumference in the size chart refers to the chest circumference suitable for dogs, not the chest circumference of the dog coats.
