When do you change a puppy from puppy food to adult food?
This is a personal choice; however, general advice is to begin to make the change once your puppy is around three-quarters expected adult size and many people choose to do so at some point between 9 and 18 months.
What’s the main difference between puppy food and adult food?
The main difference between our puppy and adult varieties is that puppy contains higher levels of protein to assist with the high growth rate associated with that life stage.
Can I feed my puppy adult dog food?
Our adult varieties are suitable to feed from the age of 8 weeks, although when feeding an adult variety to a growing puppy we do advise that you feed according to your puppy’s appetite.
What is the difference between small adult dog food and anther adult food except for the size of the kibbles?
Small dogs can benefit from extra protein in their diet, which the small breed dog food gives them.
What are the phosphorous levels of your dry foods?
We do not measure phosphorous levels in our foods. If your dog requires a low/high phosphorous level on advice from your vet, you will need a specialist food. Your vet should be able to advise you.

My puppy liked this food. Good quality
John Haslett –
Our puppy is not a fussy eater thank goodness but she loves this food so much we’ve had to buy a slow eater to stop her from inhaling it! Good price and excellent delivery.
maggie fletcher –
I bought this as my puppy went off her usual branded puppy food but these trays are ridiculously large so once opened you have to bag them for fridge storage also if you have a small breed puppy you end up chucking it out as after 3 days open you worry about causing an upset stomach or it going off . Also it isn’t helpful with portion sizes I think they should tray them for breed size so you can buy the correct tray size and avoid wasting the food and your money.

My Shih Tzu loves the chicken meal and always wants more. She’s a very picky eater. So thanks as I’m assured of good, healthy ingredients.
