    Was unsure whether trying this would work so didn’t want to pay too much to give it a go and see what my dog made of it. He is a stubborn dog and not the most obedient but we’ve been working on his recall. This lead gives him a bit of freedom and I’m still in safe control. Doesn’t feel like it will break if he pulls and the recoil is spot on. When he wants a poop he does this thing where he walks round and round finding the right spot and smells, usually I follow on a fixed lead whilst getting sodden wet feet in the grass. With this I stand and he goes all over without my need to follow. Perfect! Should have bought it ages ago. Don’t hesitate to give this a go.

    We have a large dog that likes to change direction without warning and can stick his heels in when someone of interest takes his fancy. This is pretty sturdy, doesn’t get caught up and retracts well. The brake mechanism works well too. He’s tried to chew through it on one occasion and whilst he has managed to nip the edge, it hasn’t affected its operation at all. Good buy for the price.

    Does exactly what it should, easy to use and nice and bright so easy to see. Easy to work and not too heavy considering it is meant for a dog up to 50kg.
