I didn’t star rate the flavour because I have no idea! My dog likes them and chews them up good style. Never one loose movement since she has been on them. Labrador cross almost 2 years old.

  2. mandy

    Made my dog sick

  3. Claire P.

These are great. Work for our old dog. She likes them eats them like treats. Seems to help with her scratching and her digestive system.

  4. Julie

Bought these for my elderly dog, when she seems to have looser stools, I give them to her for about 5 days, and they seem to do the trick. Used as as when needed. They are big, so I have to break them up, and mix in with her food.

These probiotics may be chewable but my dog didn’t want to chew them at all! He was, however, forced to eat them as I crushed them up in his dinner and he was none the wiser! As he has a runny tummy at the slightest provocation: nerves, change of routine, eating rubbish stuck to the pavement, etc., he’s permanently on probiotic tablets and these are by far the best I’ve tried so far.I changed his food recently as his long-established tinned food changed recipe and was a lot wetter and he immediately got loose poos. The change onto the new food didn’t go down well either and he ended up with bloody diarrhoea and weight loss. One of these in his dinner every day soon changed things and he was back to normal within a week.I did, initially, only give probiotics when he was having the runs but now I give him one of these every day and there’s been no further digestive trouble plus, it’s having the added effect of making his breath less smelly. He was a bit stinky when he barked in my face and I wondered why because his teeth are in good condition and I clean them every day but, apparently, probiotics help to make their breath less smelly so that’s a bonus!

We all have a funny tummy sometimes, and the best thing you can do for your dog as such a time is to give them a probiotic. This one, with added psyllium husk, will help to settle the stomach and (sorry for being so graphic) give them a good clear-out.I have a friend who, whenever her dog is feeling under the weather, gives him a bowl of chicken and rice. I don’t like to lecture people but I’ll say this: rice is not something to give your dog. It irritates the stomach lining and they can’t process it properly so, although rice is a good binder for people, it doesn’t work for dogs. Same sort of deal as with cow’s milk. Excellent for people stomachs, lousy for dogs. Don’t bother. But a good probiotic, such as this one, will help your dog whenever they have stomach trouble.Recommended.

Pizza better than expected I’ve had the probiotic powder before and my dog will not eat his food if I sprinkle it on him so I don’t think he would touch these but I didn’t even have to wrap it in ham I just handed it to him and he kept it straight away he is a French bulldog he is greatly needed probiotics because all he does is fart and they stink I also have a puppy miniature dachshund and she has also taken half a tablet very easily no problems at all here personally I think they smell disgusting but the dogs must think differently they seem to work he has had far less of a windy tummy and I haven’t noticed him smelling at all since taking them so all good here

My dog, although a princess, will eat anything, much like most other dogs (I have another who does not have this problem at all). The result is that she frequently has diarrhoea. I have used these for her for the full two months and am quite sure it has made a significant difference. The price (at the time of writing) is £16.99 for 60 one a day tablets working out at 28 pence per day. At the moment there is also a 10% voucher available reducing the price to around £15.30.Personally, I feel this is definitely worth it.
