    I bought this for our 15 week old Westie pup as he only has puppy fur and the winds on the beach where we live can be quite bitter. I bought the medium size and it fits him perfectly, but I don’t think we’ll get too long out of it, but I’d definitely buy this again in the next size up.It’s very lightweight and padded, but is warm and showerproof. It’s step in, which is perfect for dogs that don’t like harnesses or coats being put over their heads. The zip is good, no misaligned teeth, runs smoothly and there’s an inside protective flap so you don’t zip up any fur by accident. The cut away underneath is great for toileting, although he’s a boy, he isn’t old enough to lift a leg yet, so he squats, so this will suit male or female doggies without getting wet. The stitching is good, no run offs or loose threads and the arm holes are nicely piped for comfort.The price is a bargain for the quality you get and I would definitely recommend. Our boy loves it and is nice and warm on his winter walks.

    Beautiful and simple design, extremely easy to put on. A great fit for my chihuahua although could be a little tighter around the neck (design fault – should of made that bit tighter or added elastic or pull cord). Love the way everything goes together, ie zip, lead clips etc, and how wonderful for somebody who is a competent sewer that there’s a pattern on the packaging, instructions in Chinese but pictures are the same in any language; perhaps take that off!!!All in all a very good purchase, and all jokes aside, you probably couldn’t replicate for the price. Very impressed (which is not easy to achieve!!!)

    We have a miniture dachshund pup and this coat fits lovely have to pull the zip down a bit as the neck is a tiny bit too long but he is only 12 weeks old.Great quality

    If your pet fights you when putting this on it will be difficult but if they are okay with it, then its not a problem. Good purchase will probably buy a bigger size when my kitten grows up along the way
