The 32 inch cage has a secure latch, well made, easy to fold down and put up. Sturdy! A very nice cage for price.So I purchased the 42 inch expecting the same cage just bigger, and the quality is not the same. The latch is not the same and I am concerned that it is easily escapable.

Bought this for my puppy as part of training. The metal loops that hold the side panels up on one has not been manufactured properly. The metal has snapped and is protruding upwards by 1cm – which will pierce straight through my hand on lifting the crate to vacuum underneath. All metal edges have just been cut – not filed – so all outside edges of crate are sharp. Very badly constructed and downright dangerous. See photos##UPDATE##Contacted seller, who sent a replacement crate (without the tray). Took 3 days in total, from contacting them, including photos, to how can they resolve this, to receiving the replacement crate. 5* customer service. The issue was a manufacturing fault.

I have this on the back seat of my car .y dog has no problems going into it or getting out, he can sit up or lay down comfortably I put some blankets in for him and he’s happy and most of all SAFE.

The media could not be loaded. I should have bought one of these when I first got my puppy. She’s nearly 2, so I thought she’d never get use to a crate, and to be fair she was a little nervous at first. I put her food in there, along with her bedding and some toys and I left the door open. She went in of her own accord, now she goes in when she wants. Highly recommended.
